Privacy

What we store, how long we keep document files, and what happens when they are deleted.

What we keep

We store the documents you upload, the sender’s email address, and signer names and email addresses. We also keep protected records of signing links and an activity history of sending, opening, consent, signing, agent attestations, and deletion.

We use an email provider to deliver invitations and completed files. The hosted service uses Supabase for account access and file storage, and Stripe for payments.

Optional drafts on your device

Save draft on this device stores your file, recipient details, and field layout in this browser. Finish later stores unsigned answers here; it does not save a signature or consent. Saved drafts are offered for up to 24 hours (or an earlier signing deadline) and expired drafts are removed when next accessed. Browser data can remain on your device until you remove it, revisit the draft, or clear site data. Use Delete saved draft or Delete saved answers to remove it. Avoid shared devices. The email-verification step is retained in the current tab without saving the verification code or document access key.

When files are deleted

Completed document files are stored for 7 days on Free or 365 days on Pro, then permanently deleted. Uncompleted documents are deleted after their signing period ends. A record of the deletion remains in the activity history. Deleted files cannot be restored.

What we don't do

Signers do not need an account. Creating a free account does not extend a document’s storage period. Download the signed PDF and completion certificate before the date shown on the completion page; your downloaded copies remain yours to keep. We do not sell your documents or draft your legal language.
